if you extended the taunt a bit to make the spy start slowly raising it up, hearing something, turning around quickly and then doing the normal animation would be better. really funny but i don't think it's stupid enough for tf2.

This is cute, and I love the concept, but it really lacks the wind-up into the lean forward animation. He leans forward in such a jarring and unpolished motion.

I can already see this being used when an enemy sees you walking up to an oblivious player and allows you to kill him.

good call on making this a cheaper taunt, and overall kinda opens a idea for tuants, a new kinda subsection of taunts that are alot simpler and alot cheaper.

I fucking love this,but i feel like its either gonna be one of those taunts that either no one wants so it ends up costing 15 refs or its gonna have some ridiculously flashy unusual effect on it which would kinda ruin the entire point of the taunt.

Beginning of the animation could be a bit slower (the part when he leans forward). Spy moving this fast looks unnatural. Other than that a very nice taunt.
