@[QC]Captn smokes that's not how it works. engine sound pitch is strictly determinded only by 2 things, number of ignition per revolution, and engine speed itself. thus, you can't just change the pitch on your own.

salv jerry cant you scale up and down the sound whit like mms and find the range you want an maybe modify the octave and pitch

I hope that in future updates you can find the right parts that you couldn't find in this update.

@ItsDaray1231 the 14L engines have the option to have only 2 stages of jake--high and low. and because I couldn't find proper 2nd stage for the 14L so I just put in only 2 stages. which would then be like stage and and 3 NOT stage 1 and 2.

The mod have a problem, small but somewhat annoying to my taste, the jake brake only reaches level 2, not level 3 on the 900hp engine, as in the previous version, this makes the sound not the best

Seems to be working now, may have been a mod conflict

@Vape Nation depends what truck you're using, it might or might not be compatible with that truck, at least by default. with that said you can edit def to add the truck you want.

Mod is enabled but not showing up in the upgrades shop.

FYI this is supposed to be minor update with very minimal change to the sound itself, it is mostly file changes

YOU ABSOLUTELY RUINED THIS MOD. SOUNDS LIKE A VACUUM CLEANER NOW. Was in all of my trucks, now none. That was a foolish move. Go back to the old sounds.

got on today and the 14L 900hp engine is gone.

The sound is great, but there's a problem with the engine torque. I can start in gear 8 without accelerating just by releasing the clutch. The engine doesn't stall, and that's not normal.

Can I remove the ''scavenging'' sound when letting off? Thank you

Hey dude! Love this one, but I've only got one criticism?

The stage 3 jake on the 12.7L engines is waaay too strong, where it's slowing me down from 55 to 50 in a second. That's even with a 48 inch sleeper and 44k+ pounds of logs loaded.

Think you can turn that down a hair? I feel like a less stronger version of the stage 2 would be about a realistic strength..

Besides that, love the engine!

@yarchlrl it's technically already compatible, so all you need to do is add the truck you want in the def file

im saying this before testing your update but it used to have a terrible whistle that cuts in an out on the deceleration. im gonna go run it now and ill let you know if i hear anything weird.

Awesome sounding engine but the rev limiter on the 575 is killing me. Capping out at 65 sucks when you get to those highs with 75-80mph speed limits. Any chance of that getting removed?

@jbjk001 all 3 of the series 60 share the same block. you can throw a 14.1 head on 11.1 block and have cylinder packs for a 12.7 and it'll all work. only differences is that the 14.1 is an emissions engine so, it has a vgt as well as egr.

I freaking love your sounds, this engine pairs very nicely with the Jon Ruda Freightshaker Classic XL, thank you for your hard work.
