Another idea : a thump mortar shell made to destroy structures but not people, and an Impact shell that explodes like a normal shell but sends impact projectiles around the blast zone.

Is there an easy way to get a notification when the remake gets posted? The Kofi seems to only occasionally get posts and I'd rather not miss when the remake goes live.

Maybe a new armour set with high resistance to blunt and sharp but it will make pawn 30%slower

For anyone interested: I went ahead and installed it on my current playthrough. So far it seems like it works. I researched, crafted and tried every single weapon besides the Warcasket one. So far no errors. Let's hope it doesn't brick my save somehow.

It's my favorite mod so I hope it gets updated just to be in the clear, this comment is for people like me that needed it asap lmao.

Odd question but would it be this mod or one of the storage mods that would handle the lack of storage for the chainsword? I have a spot for the persona version but not the regular version.

do you think you could explain the weapon infographic in the mod description. I get that one is for range but the other two I'm not so sure, I guess it's damage and blast radius.

Also why does the shotgun have such a small blast radius? Would be cool if there was a close range shotgun that will spread a bit more

I'm working on an updated version of the mod with new textures and tweaked stets either way, I'll bring back the warcasket bolter there for sure, but I used to have a warcasket weapon this mod too, I kind of forgot why it's not in the infographics anymore.

Honestly the only way this mod could be improved if it had some kind of VE Pirates compatibility. Imagine a warcasket impact weapon, honestly would fit since both of these mods wear their 40k inspirations on their sleves.

If I may make a request: Impact Det-Spear. Not the lunge mines like another mod has, a spear that has a shaped charge at the end that, upon contact, detonates with high AP damage in a small explosion like the rest of your weapons, but then needs to be "reloaded" to use the explosive again, or just use it like a normal, higher-tech spear.

Thanks for this mod. I don't like energy weapons, cuz they don't have any dakka, but with these impact guns, I can equip my colonists with end-game weapons without having to sacrifice the dakka.

From my testing they technically work if yo disable the ammo requirements, otherwise they don't as they don't have an assigned ammo, which is strange since there is Impact ammo, but I may be doing something wrong.

I've actually heard they're compatible with CE now, probably fully.
