Addition/Update to previous statement: She would be beyond OP on a mount.. which she can get.
I say mounts ruin the Fantasy of Lords so I dont like using them(Becomes the mount instead of the lord). Would like to see A Version of this that Gives her similar Mounted stats while on foot. No speed or mass increase(outside of what this mod already does) just more Armor and health.

She needs MUCH more substantial buffs. Only to her armor, melee defense and general missile Resistance tho.
As she is now... A brittle af glass cannon lol. Chaff archers can solo her in just a few seconds... But my god can she still kinda work. Cycle charging weaker units is extremely effective. She does a rolling lunge that pops about 25% health of a full HP front line unit and sends them all flying - A literal wrecking ball lol.
But yah please atleast give her some sort of missile resistance, its scary af how fast she can die to like literally anything lol.
Big units need an entirely new stat line.

Is it hard to make such mod? At least increase the visual size without touching stats? Could give some tips where to start? :D

This is great! I think it would feel more immersive if she had some better melee stats now to actually do the damage that her size implies.

to change battle hitbox and readjust campaign size (changing scale in variants_tables will increase campaign size 2) you will need different db's

changing a lords size requires changing their scale in variants_tables this does not change their actual hitbox etc in battle though.
