Quality map. Quite fun to optimize a little too!

My first try took 2:46, of no pause/finance play. I developed the "target" towns along the way. I tend to use a no-risk approach, and I thought that those deadlines would be tight.

But then I realized that the development growth offers are a distraction, Vegas can hit the target before any of the other deadlines. My second run saved almost half an hour, for 2:17. :D
