MrChooChooGuy: I agree with you. The original version of the cosmetic was made just when there was a "fashion" for such hats in 2019. It's not as relevant now, but since I already had half of the work done on the reworked version, I decided to finish it.

pet cosmetics are very overdone but this one is probably good enough to warrant being in the game
