Which one is true? The traders order in the picture or the one in the list? In the list the seed traders are 7. In the picture they are 2.

If the screen goes blank when you interrogate, that means your dish draws too much power causing a brown-out.

same issue as mankol and FO, cant fix it

I'm having the same problem as mankol but I can't fix it.

Having the same problem as Selrahc. When I click "Interrogate" the screen goes blank then comes back up, but the trader is never contacted.

I fix it by set to my only medium dish.

there is a problem with line 30 is say that (incorrect logic type at line 30)) how do i fix this?

Thanks for all the great work on this and others, but I am having a problem I don't see mentioned. I have 10 large station batteries, hangar has a large generator feeding it, and there is a large station battery for the hangar and a separate one for just the satellite. After "upgrading to this code from the first (older) version, it sucked my entire bank of batteries dry. It seems to be interrogating constantly perhaps? I want to use it, LOVE the dial feature. But going back to old code I guess.

What means ever color?

it seems to have issues getting a strong enough signal is there a way you can add a button to skip the current target ?(in this case it also found one 7x7 which is too large for my landing pad)

does it depend on the dish placement rotation?
After I moved the dish in a different place I suddenly can't reliable contact anyone

Your dish doesn't have enough power to interrogate the contact. Happened to me too. I gave the dish its own battery and it solved the problem.

Anyone know why after I changed to a large sat dish, my comms computer screen blanks out for a sec when I press interrogate or contact? Nether goes through and seems to restart the comms scanning. I have the sat on its own separate power from the comms computer but the data connected to the comms network. I have enough power on my grid to support the large dish. The computer itself doesnt loose power just the comms screen blanks out.

@theratherverydarkestlordever Had the same problem a moment ago, make sure you set your dial pin on the IC Housing correctly (nothing or to a dial)

Delle there is no logic reader/batch reader. It's an IC chip. You need a housing and to set the pins on said housing..

how should the Logic reader and batch reader be configured ?

Just to follow up - my problem was actually power; I wasn't able to deliver the required power to the medium dish, so it shut off. Once I gave it its own battery and transformer, it worked great.

dish, computer, ic (and landing pad) connect them up. let it run. I added the flashing light via a logic reader as stated. works like a charm (I turn off the light, look at the computer and its "contacted").

This isn't working for me for some reason. Whenever it gets to the interrogation stage, it blinks out and does nothing. It also seems to keep contacts at a 78-85 degree (from target) range. I have max power to a medium dish. Not sure what to do, could someone please give me some advice?

I noticed that the game now has the trader type hashes built in. The logic type in the dishes is now ContactTypeId and it has the same values that Elmo's mod used in the SignalID field. Presumably it'd be a simple tweak to make it use the game's version rather than requiring the mod.

It keeps turning off my large dish randomly and I have to keep turning it back on.

Something about this just doesn't work very well, idk what it is.
