This mod made it possible to put my SCP facility actually more than just a few blocks below the surface practically and it works like a charm. Im using this since 10.04.2023 and the only bug I experience so far is that when you die inside the Elevator (which happens alot since the SCP Facility is used as a shooter map), the elevator music keeps playing until you reload into the world. Since you added the custom music, would you fix that? Just check if the player left audible range every 5 seconds or so and stop all elevator music on the client if thats the case.

For some reason this mod and the previous version are causing massive sim speed drops because of excessive CPU usage on my dedicated server.
When neither elevator mod is used, the sim speed goes back to normal.

Not working in survival - work fine if free standing not touch any other block, but if you build inside a tower or something stops working, car just sits above the base and glitches when trying to grind it off

I was working with VCZ on this years ago, and we could never figure out the world corruption bug but it's been present forever, long since before any christmas lights option.

Also, it says "do not use christmas lights" yet they are on by default when i place the elevator down, which then needs me to check the box then uncheck it again, does this perhaps have anything to do with why our worlds are being corrupted? Really sucks that this is happening as I have some rather large set pieces that I really want the elevator working, save people taking a 3-5 min long ladder climb

Hey, this mod seems to have corrupted my world. I'm not sure what happened as placing the blocks was completely fine. Yet after exiting the world and trying to load back in, I now get an error. If you wan't, I can send you the log files.

CODEK, I had such a situation once, I put an elevator in a large ship and did a warp, and it turned, I suspect that the elevator is more for static structures than for ships of any size.
I'm still not the original creator of the modification, and it was updated back in 2020(:cozyspaceengineersa:), so something else could have broken there, except for electricity.

not sure if anyone else is experiencing this but I have in instance where the carriage would slowly rotate clockwise.

Place only one block - crash game. DO NOT USE Christmas lights! This addon do not fix this bug =(

Hi, I figured it out, I had used the "Rotor Base" instead of "Rotor" and now everything works fine. But you should also mention that in the description ;)

hmm, I don't know exactly what you mean, I only have the Elevator Fix loaded and other mods that do something else. are you available somewhere on Discord so I can send you pictures ?

Pravum, depends on original elevator mod(with buggy energy), i changed several lines in code to fix that bug, maybe you loaded smth about another elevator?Or duplicated mod that make code conflicts?

I think there is something buggy, the music cannot be switched off AND the "Rotor Base" block is completely closed, like a foundation block only with the patterns of the elevator on the outside and the control panel. I built it like in the video but it doesn't work. Any idea ? Is it incompatible with another mod ?
