A game that has these traits will break if the mod is removed, an existing game should be able to activate this mod without any real problems (though it'll probably take active effort by you to see these traits in such a game, the AI doesn't understand how to get the 1-Start traits (though it will try and keep/improve it once it spawns ) )
But I like your mod more because it enables me to have multiple generations of improving children if the circumstances are right. (It's why I also love the Vampire and Lycan mod, because every now and then you get some Hybrids!)
(That means this won't touch any core files, which is a good thing for compatibility but will keep the Positive Giant around for those who want it (I'd just link to one of the (many) other positive Giant Trait mods but AFAICT the exact modifications made to Giant in the original mod were unique so I guess I'll be adding another one to the pile)
Definitely interested in feedback on if that would be preferable (or if people would object to it (and why).

I could but I don't have any particularly interest in doing so. I only made this because the original More Congenital Traits mod made me think about the best way to achieve what it was doing while being as broadly compatible as possible.
If someone wants to extend this, they have my blessing.
Theoretically it should work with anything that doesn't change the base Beauty/Intellect/Physique traits in major ways (eg making them non-Congenital) though the progression may seem odd if the effects are changed in more minor ways. It doesn't change any existing game files and the only things it's expecting is for the 3rd tier Congenital traits to exist (and implicitly to be Congenital)
