Working on updating this map. There were some exceptions on loading, and I went back to an earlier save to avoid them--probably a mod that has gone inactive.

The Naval Academy would be an impressive set of assets! I would also really like Maryland Hall.

I wish someone could create custom assets so that we can build a military academy...!

Sure, but I can’t upload another version right now. If you have Move It mod installed: multi-select and filter to only networks, drag to select and delete the roads (with the Move It mod toolbar). There aren’t any other networks to worry about.

No, no vanilla trees. And I didn’t want to mark them as required, so that people could still use the terrain.

Would a collection be necessary? Or, if you have a bunch of workshop trees, there’s a high likelihood that you have the same tree assets that I have. I always sort by most popular. A lot of them are MrMaison trees. Let me know whether you can see enough of them?

ah, good question. it's actually all Laviante 2.1 https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2430707377 , except for maybe one thing. Just grab that one, Relight Neutral LUT, and it's mostly what you see in the screenshots (except for the reshade settings)

I hope the map works well for you. Be sure to have Mass Transit, Network Extensions 2 mod, Vanilla+ Roads, and BIG Urban Roads. I'm 80% sure I didn't use anything besides outside of those that would require you to have it. If you get other "assets missing," please let me know what it is, and I'll update the description and link the asset.
