whats the deal with workshop creators removing the red parts of the mercs and replacing it with orange and reddish brown, (especially since brown and orange are paints for both teams) seems like a massive no no to me. other than that this this looks rly cool.

It's a bold concept. It does remind me a bit too much of a jacket akin to what the Engineer has. Personally I don't see the Sniper wear an outfit like this. I do, however, see the Spy potentially using this attire, or even the Soldier. Potentially, adding some flight goggles can help, and maybe other classes can use this too, including Sniper, or even Scout!

But overall it's a good design!
