That being said there is a few i dislike as they are proper incursion forces like: the dark elf beastmaster obviously wants monsters so lustria is fitting, Calador had an awful positon but dragon hunting in the waste made sense and i think Eastern colonies is more fitting, and Taclis is also demon hunting so the dawn keep is fitting.
If I could suggest a change, I believe for the incursion factions it would be better if they had dual territory ownership (ie Teclis is both the dawn keep but also saphery). while yes they're beginning is technically twice as strong it also means they have twice the threat but also it prevents homeland faction confederation steam rolls while making incursion forces more survivable.
I truly love this mod. It gives me my Thorek in Karak Azul start AND it changes the faction banners. My only complaint is that faction names remain unchanged. In Thorek's case Ironbrow's Expedition should be called Karak Azul.
