This Mod causes critical failures in V1.5 . DO NOT use it under ANY circumstances in V1.5, EVER. It took me DAYS to pin it down onto this Mod.

I too would like to see this updated to 1.5... I'm looking for mods to do a WH40K run and this seems like it would be a great addition.

spent WAAAAAAY longer than I would like to admit just to find this mod causing my ailments, only because I thought "Its just a warcasket and a couple weapons" Like the previous guys I too ran into the rapid fire weapon bug. All of this because I wanted a dreadnought, and the other one's spritework wasn't quite up to my liking. I would kill for a true to form Castreferrum pattern.

i found a huge bug in the mod, every time its in my mod list EVERY SINGLE GUN becomes a minigun that never stops, to the point where guns continue firing after the pawns stop and go away, also makes like 90% of pawns just not fire, idk if its a conflict with my small modlist or just a thing by itself and maybe its because of 1.5 because i didnt have this when i played on 1.4 before

Been testing trying to generate the dreadnoughts with the chapter badges, looked into ideology panel to see if there was anything there that could do it but found nothing available alas.

Only for styles system. If you want to use a specific legion otherwise you can go into the files and replace the base textures with one you want, just rename the selected to match.

One thing to keep in mind is that Warcaskets are considered industrial tech which I think has an effect on armor with yayos combat

@sk4p3g04t Nevermind, I believe I just severely overestimated the power of 200% armor rating, as my other warcasket pawns seem to take the same amount of damage as my dreadnought pawn after I did some testing. Sorry for the confusion.

@sigge I'm not seeing the same thing on my end. when I test it the contemptor seems on par with the other spacer caskets in terms of damage taken. It uses the exact same base as the other warcaskets so I don't know why you're getting different results.

This mod appears to have some problems with yayo combat. The armor from what i can tell has its armor rating slashed in half when calculating damage, as my super soldier with this armor on loses almost half his health when battling tribal men. Having Yayo's Combat Warcaskets mod installed does not fix the issue. Other warcasket mods like Warcaskets: Adeptus Astartes does not have the same issue

@Daisuke There would need to be some kind of integration with alpha memes for that along with some c# work, which is unfortunately beyond my skill level.

It doesn't work like the sarcophagus warcasket sadly. I would second the need for that.
In the other Dreadnought mod someone mentioned just copying code from the sarcophagus, if anyone can help me with that, it would be VERY appreciated.

Do these Dreadnoughts use mechanics from the sarcophagus warcasket letting you entomb corpses? Because that would be really cool and more lore accurate to 40k

To clarify about that, it doesn't matter what colour the chassis is if they have the right style in the ideology?

When setting up an ideology you can choose one of the chapters as a style. Any pawn with that ideology should have that style when they're entombed.

I have two points to raise, first is how do you get the Dreadnought bodies with the Chapter emblems? In a test game I researched it but it was not possible to have the Contemptor chassis in the chapter colours. The dreadnought sprite however is indeed suitably large.

Second point, unfortunately matter of the enlarged pawn bodies came up again. https://imgur.com/SaQN4Uw from this screenshot you can see those pawn bodies enlarged by gene-seed "genes" end up sticking outside of the sprite from that angle though otherwise it successfully covers everything.

They're very large, I haven't done any testing with Larger bodied pawns, but assuming that it's just a body scale multiplier it should scale with the pawn.

This looks nice to try. A question, are the dreadnought bodies large enough to cover the bodies of enlarged pawns? An issue of the other dreadnought related mods was those pawn bodies that have the space marine gene-seed tend to become larger and end up sticking out of the dreadnought sprites.

Hi @sk4p3g04t, huge thanks for your mod! I noted an issue that messes up with weapon use. An example is grenade dispensers in Combat Modules, but the effect should be way broader. What happens in Combat Modules is that the rate of fire becomes extremely high, but then after the attack has been interrupted in any way, grenade dispenser implant disappears. Can you please kindly have a look at that?
