Very interesting mod anyway :)
for delta attack you just need to avoid the triangle, which travels fast and can be shoot at a random time, so need fast reflex to avoid it.
for reaper sword you need to stay away from the place that you are when the name of the attack appears, if it's far enough, it will show the 'miss' word in the place that it could strike you, if not, get hit and take damage or have a small chance to die
Don't get me wrong, R Key is awesome and befitting the difficulty of the boss, but I wish there was some variety in reward besides getting a longer run :P

about changing the sprites of the bosses... well, for rotten devil I did that because mega man has a lot of devil bosses and you can change their color to some that you like and it's still going to fit with the boss because it's the idea from mega man, but for the other bosses it wasn't going to be good.
the only exceptions that I think that fits the game better than the rest of the bosses are the bosses that I adapted from street fighter 2010, flower head is a plant alien and a plant themed enemy fits caves in my opinion, and electric alien had the colors changed to fit better gehenna
I do wish that you could sprite them like you did rotten devil, so they fit the visual style of Issac while still keeping faithful to their original mechanics (For your Final Fantasy bosses you'd only really need to make one since they're static images anyway), but I can understand why that would be extra work for you.
Either way, looking forward to more of your boss mods.
