Hey thanks for your comment. Yeah i have tested it and it only works in practice mode.

Not sure if this is a bug, but on round start right before the games starts to count down you can call in the assist and start off the game with your opponent on 24%

They're buddies, you equip them while playing any character from the plus sign on the CSS. Then you can use them when your assist meter fully charges.
