@Bowa Subbox are pretty rare. They do have a chance to spawn in raider factions, it's just very small! You might also find them as beggars, tribals, or outlanders

I have required addons, mods linked to the mod itself and still doesnt spawn any other sites. Maybe something with other mods since game doesnt give me any enemies accept mechs.

It might also be that you've got a mod or two set up with the Mod Manager to use an outdated version with a folder icon instead of the up-to-date steam workshop version. I had this happen and ticking them back to the steam version fixed it.

@JakeBridgh Subbox require four other mods to work properly, if you're saying you're not using those
