I have the problem still evan at Alpha 35

I've uploaded this prison that I've been using to try out some of the new mechanics for the door controls and CCTV that have been implemented in A-23 and have come across a bug with the CCTV systems where they won't recognize the connect tool and the guards won't man the monitors.

It's free for people to download if they really want to but it's been uploaded mainly to illustrate the bug.
