yes thats normal. the game expects the same samplerate, bitrate and length of the audio files. doing "snd_rebuildaudiocache" will fix that. no one will blame you for that since voice mods will never have the same length etc

It's normal that some voices are high-pitched and extremely fast If you only subscribe this mod and do nothing. Although I have a plan to write an instruction in English for this, you can refer to this guide first.
