And I'm not sure if it this part should be paintable either. While Engi will mostly have his arms in front during his animations, part of his sleeves being also paintable can be a problem. Personally I wouldn't make it paintable.
While the hat and bottle looks fine enough, I would say the jacket looks a bit underbaked. The lines on the jacket look off, there's not enough "depth" in the shadows, there are visible white lines on certain areas (as seen on some paints), and so on. The overall look right now looks like DirectX 8 lighting, due to how overall dark and unshaded it is with the rest of Engi's model.
