For B42 make ur own :

Go to Content ( Project Zomboid mod steam folder )
Find 2942994630 mod

1.You will see media, mod.info and poster
2.Make new 2 folder common and 42 inside folder mod
3.Copy all media, mod.info, and poster into folder 42

Please make a version to aim while crouching, there is a mod that does that, but unfortunately it also replaces the cruching mechanic.
