All in saying is that there is no reason why the engineer can't hold the objector. He can slap a knife on his buildings, but a sign is a no-go...

pretty sure sniper has the same problem, except its fixed only in the loadout screen

It kinda sucks that even with something as simple as this, the community needs to hold valves hand for it to even have a chance to be added

you should definitely try to fix up sniper's all class melee animation because it's different in the menu than ingame
