unsure how playable oceania-europe latency is, i already have a haemorrhage from all the overseas casuals i do; and to add insult to injury my 3 year old budget keyboard cant even do directional throws :D

found out what vtfedit reloaded was. quickly remade the texture to get rid of the green tint.

When I noticed the cuffs didn't have a BLU texture I could never play Team Fortress 2 again from that on so I am gald that some else sees these and has a made a fix for it I really hope Valve will add this most improtant fix to the game I can finally play Team Fortress 2 like how I before
