Hi Mlie, just started a new modlist and got this error on game load:

This is genius, haven't Ludeon ever reached out to you to hire you?
Mlie  [author] 30 Sep @ 3:08am
@sheeps Sorry, there are way to many mods in that log for me to be able to replicate the issue. Perhaps you could try with only this mod loaded, as described under Reporting Issues?
sheeps 30 Sep @ 2:59am
opening dev mode, this is the most recent logs (ive never done this before so if there is something specific you need to see pls lmk)

@sheeps If they are under a bridge they should respawn if the bridge is removed. Can you provide s log of this?
sheeps 27 Sep @ 5:03am
haha funny bug ive run into
babies will lose footing in shallow water and get swept under bridges, where they will... despawn?
ive tried removing the bridges where the arrow says the baby is floating, but nothing is there.
when clicking on their name in relations tab, it says they are off the map.
is this a known bug? any fix suggestions for my current playthrough?
Strix 10 Sep @ 5:48am
Got it, thank you!
Mlie  [author] 9 Sep @ 10:02pm
@Strix Disable the spawn from edge mod-setting
Strix 9 Sep @ 4:38pm
Is there a way to make this mod stop floating things in while I'm in space?
Mlie  [author] 2 Sep @ 6:51am
@Ms. Leaf the III There is a notification setting in the options
Ms. Leaf the III 2 Sep @ 6:35am
Hello Dev, How can I turn off the "things floating under the bridge" notification, please?
great thanks!! I also found the sound effect "TinyBell", amazing mod 11/10 :praisesun:
bugsbony 25 Aug @ 2:25pm
I just want to say, the combination of Odyssey's flooding and this mod is really awesome. Objects that are close to the river get carried away, it's really fun. Thanks.
Maconnais 25 Aug @ 2:11pm
The performance improvements are very noticeable, thank you for the updates!
Mahya 25 Aug @ 1:31pm
what a mod. sweet !
Mlie  [author] 25 Aug @ 12:39pm
@why are we here? just to suffer? The alerts should now also be affected by the no-notifications setting
dear dev,

amazing mod, but i still get "Pawns floating away" alert, anyway to disable i think it maybe its mod conflict on my end??
do you know what sound effect the annoying "ding" sound is ???
llunak 22 Aug @ 7:42pm
@The Bard of Hearts You were correct, the performance problem has been fixed by the latest update.
The Bard of Hearts 22 Aug @ 6:13pm
Hello, again! Forgive me, I seem to have found the problem. It was actually a mod called "Dubs Bad Hygiene. had 13.5ms/tick going. lol. So, ignore me. :steamlaughcry:
The Bard of Hearts 22 Aug @ 5:53pm
Hi, Mlie! I don't think this is an error so much as it is just an after-taste of the mod. But if you happen to be on a map with a lot of water (like 40% or so), this mod bogs down the game speed. Performance checker puts this mod at about 0.85ms/tick compared to everyting else being less than 0.1 or so. Not sure anything can be done about it as I said earlier. But if anyone can make it better, it would be you.

THANK YOU THANK YOU for all that you do for the Rimworld community. I know you are a busy dude and doing all this for free, so. If I can help, let me know. If you can't fix it or don't have time, I totally get it.

Have a strange issue, after a realy long winter with frozen marshes the items under the ice deteriorate, but the notification keeps saying there are things unter bridges/ice with 0/xxx HP.
The Ice is gone and the items are invisible

I've spent 4 hours trying to find the mod, that causes birth issue... I found it... And when i came to report an issue it was solved. However i still needed to resubrsribe to get rid of that bug.
󠀡󠀡 21 Aug @ 3:21pm
THANK YOU! Mlie you saved my 200 hour game
Mlie  [author] 21 Aug @ 1:05pm
Birthing downed-bug should be fixed now. Sorry about that!
cucumpear 21 Aug @ 11:55am
I also have the birth bug but it looks like removing the mod until after the birth works just fine.
Cap'n MacHaddish 21 Aug @ 5:59am
@Mlie I'm not actually sure what the issue is precisely - it was manually flagged as incompatible by PMP2's developer themself in the mod's about.txt file, so I never actually even tried to load the two mods together as it was immediately listed as a hard-incompatibility warning by RimSort.

PMP2 developer's exact statement on the matter was as follows:

"Well as stated 'major game breaking problems' I only reserve the incompat for the worst. If you have both loaded and load into the game it will break down horrifically instantly. Having both loaded breaks something in Some Things Float sadly the error at start indicates as much, at this time I haven't really looked too much deeper as nothing on my end instantly comes to mind that might cause such a problem."

I can test myself and try to get a log, but I'd suggest getting in touch with the PMP2 dev as well.
Mlie  [author] 21 Aug @ 5:47am
@Cap'n MacHaddish I would need some more info than just breaking the game to be able to do anything about it. Take a look at the Reporting Issues section above
Cap'n MacHaddish 21 Aug @ 5:39am
Any chance of looking into what's causing the incompatibility with Persona Mechanoid Pawns 2 ? Author of that mod says something on Some Things Float's end is completely breaking the game when both are installed together.
󠀡󠀡 21 Aug @ 5:14am
Im hoping when the bugfix comes outy save file will be safe as im kinda soft locked i hot a pregnant pawn if she trys to give birth then shes stuck its my only pawn on a 200 hour saveif i remove this mod the fps drops to 1 and the tps is at 3 eather way im stuck i hope the bugfix will not brick my save
xsilicax 21 Aug @ 2:19am
Also just identified this mod as causing a child birth error, though a different error. The birth appears to complete but no child is born. No message of any kind and no postpartum.
󠀡󠀡 21 Aug @ 2:16am
thank you
Mlie  [author] 21 Aug @ 2:12am
@󠀡󠀡 Seems to be an issue in the recent patches, ill look into it later today
󠀡󠀡 21 Aug @ 2:07am

I've been waiting on this one to come back. Excellent as always Mlie.
Mlie  [author] 17 Aug @ 9:59pm
@SwampyMcG That is the how hospitality handles downed paws regardless on how they get downed. Not connected to this mod
Mlie  [author] 17 Aug @ 12:57pm
@Nikuksis Should be fixed now. Multithreading is tricky 🙂
Nikuksis 17 Aug @ 12:44pm
