Whenever i detach the orange tank the camera locks onto it and i lose control of the command pod.

i mean yeah, its hard to actually de orbit as it spins but if your good you can re manuver it kinda

Gamer_Kat22 you should use the [ or ] buttons to switch to the shuttle

for some weird reason whenever i detach the fuel tank (underneath the shuttle) the camera locks onto it and i lose control. any help?

Oh, and the nosecone overheating can be solved by not diving directly down, the real shuttle angled it’s nose up, planes do it for landing, space shuttles do it for atmospheric entry.
