seeing how it hasn't been updated for 2 years im going to assume that a gmod update broke it.
so yeah its a dead addon i suggest you all uninstall it or i might cause errors in game.

Addons that remove and/or replace the error model have been known to cause this. Try removeing addons thereof.

There is no command for the SNPCs, but one could use the skin command on a SNPC.
