Sorry, I can see that its a bit of a tall ask
I noticed a bug where you extract and switch both souls from a living colonist to a prisoner from the other faction and viceversa, when the prisoner's soul takes over my previous colonist's body, their AI doesn't know what to do somehow? Like they only wander around in the room, they can't be right clicked even if my selected pawn is drafted nor even being able to interact with them since the menu tabs are also gone. It could be the menu mod (Rimthemes) but I still have my doubts since it doesn't fiddle too much with the vanilla menu.
Alas, there are some grammar errors in the mod itself such as the mood buff but anything else, this mod is really fun to play around.
I cannot find the research to actually use this mod nor the workbench you use to craft said item if no research is required.
