The below isn't quite true, for some reason he doesn't actually get any of his moves until you do something.

I don't recommend downloading this character. He isn't anywhere near finished, only having basic movement options and a grab as his attack, but he also completely breaks your game. The one time I tried to play him, my game crashed and promptly closed itself.
