Eventually. Don't feel like modding PZ right now, and modding this mod specifically for b42 is quite annoying due to it having 20 submods. It's not hard, it's just tedious. And on top of that, compared to main mod, this one is barely used. So TL:DR I will update it eventually, but basically when I feel like it :D

In meantime you can just disable dynamic aspect of perks you don't like (so you can't get them mid-game) and NOT pick them at character creation.

any word on this getting updated? I reach your comment from back in march. but ETA hasnt updated in awhile itself and your mod has always been a great addition.

Можно, но долго и нудно. Каждый модИД отключает определённый перк. Я в коде проверяю, включён ли субмод из этого мода, и если включён, то я не генерирую перк.

so if i disable a trait, can players still gain it or this option disable the the trait completely? I want them to be dynamic but not pickable at character creation screen.

No. If you want to have Dynamic Traits but with ability to tweak it to your liking you should be using ETW anyway.
