I have the same problem as the other guy. This just consistently crashes the game now.

I have no idea what's happening but whenever I select the character or play a replay with this character in it, the game either breaks or crashes

Just to add: as a point of reference, I don't know if I'm correct in my terminology about the frames as what I mean by startup is how many frames a move can before you are no longer at the spot you were before the teleport thus not able to be hit, if I am wrong with my terminology please to correct me, thank you <3

Pursuit is worse in that it can only be beaten by moves with a 3 frame startup (e.g. grab, even cowboy's pommel cannot punish you), and is a separate move to blink, so can be used before or after it immediately, making this character not fun to play against, as it often becomes a 50/50, and is especially un-fun when pursuit has more range than cowboy's teleport, while having a startup 3 frames faster, and finishing 2 frames faster.

Super armor pummels ANYONE and is not a valid argument here as a result, beating a senator player is tough until you catch the player in a spot where you can either not get hit, or whiff cancel with enough frames to get away. A lot of players over extend because of it and can become quite predictable as a result. He also doesn't have a 4 frame startup teleport on par with cowboy's 6 frame startup teleport as a BASIC MOVEMENT OPTION.

@crysanthium my brother in Christ, it is fast enough that you can just keep teleporting the entire match. giving him a super fast teleport with the range of cowboy's old one at a far faster speed and only having it get a 1 turn cool down isn't a solution for zoning. Blink is not "easy to predict" as it is a teleport which can be used IN PLACE of other options.

It IS, in almost every case, a get out of jail free card as it has a 5 frame startup, which means any move which hits in 6 frames or more (almost every move with any semblance of range from any character with even a remote amount of balance) can be countered with no cost as long as you have movement (not in a whiff cancel state) and haven't used it as your previous action. Before you mention that cowboy's teleport can be used so long as you haven't used it the previous turn, his uses a level of meter and has a SLOWER STARTUP (6 frames) THAN BLINK.

Blink is the only way he can challenge zoning without gaining a homing projectile. it has too many startup frames to be a get out of jail free card (maybe not pursuit) and it's easy to drop his combos either through smart opponent DI or through incompetence. super armor pummels him (it's a bitch fighting the senator mod, but i could just be bad) and he needs his opponents to shit themselves in order to force an advantage state. blink is also easy to predict but not as easy to punish.

super meter would annihilate him, he would get zoned extremely easily and if he whiffs the blink it would end his career
