There's an issue with this mod, the SWAT npcs don't spawn in correctly. The reason being is that they're programmed to spawn with the model "models/conterterrorist/swat/swat_05.mdl" but the model you've added into the pack is "models/conterterrorists/swat/swat_05.mdl"
