Just delete character cache, it's one of the last things in options. This applies to every single other modded character.

forgive my impartiality from before, im used to people saying things to me about my characters without properly explaining them
i appreciate you taking the time to specifically get to me what you dont like about it
i can't say i have any current plans to update him. he's old and a low priority compared to some of my other characters. but eventually ill remove the warcrimes that everyone knows and hates
This isn't meme levels of unbalanced, but niflheim really can't be used against anything other than an equaly unbalanced character.
-uppercut loses to brutal clause
-ninja's backsway is often beat by slidekick. other attacks have so much reach backsway can't dodge them, restricting it's usefulness
-firestarter's projectiles can be dodge with jump kick, but wrathfull wave's wave can't. This may be normal, idk
-grabs do beat hyperarmor, though niflheim's disjointed hitboxes makes them unpractical, hard to use and dangerous
-mometum can't be built from niflheim's finishers or launches since they hitstun, so ninja will have to take more risks than he usualy does to build it
-frame 4 punch is a pressure tool given to ninja to compensate/build with the rest of his kit. Niflheim has it + attacks frame 6-14 + reach + mobility + pressure
-his big disjointed supers and some specials means that even if ninja manages to dodge or block them, he still can't reach. a lot of these can also be juked or have armor, an uppercut either loses or ends up in a mutual hit
