The wings on the helmet. The original sprite uses contrasting bands to communicate direction, which you've replaced with a uniform gradient. It doesn't look bad by any means, I just don't know if you've caught that detail. I do think the lacking contrast of the original sprite makes it difficult to make out if you're not looking for it.

what do you mean by wings

I really like these, gives me some Dokucraft vibes. I do suggest you tweak the wings a bit, though, as the details of the feathers have been lost.
