There are at least two comunity fixes for scout pants cosmetics, why valve doesn't use them?

No longer outdated lol, well now hopefully they'll add the whole pack of Blu Scout changes sooner than later instead of leaving this for another 17 years

I love the gauze on the original hand a lot more, the pants are of course the star fix though and should be added.

Come on, Valve... the community would really appreciate some texture fixes, not just cosmetics, maps and game modes that are likely to be broken at launch.
