Okay after messing with the faction for a few good hours I can say they start out pretty damn weak at first until you get a decent amount of P and know what parts to get first.

My only complaint is that for some reason the game doesn't register areas as controlled by tankers which is quite odd

idea is cool, just can't seem to wrap my head around using the generators
