"Ship Upgraded" sound seems to occasionally play VIR's advisor selection line.

This weirdly sounds like alternate Scrin advisor to me. Which isn't a bad thing imo.

For those wondering I'm working on getting the voice effect right but, I have no experience with effects like this. It will take some time to figure it out. Anyways hope everyone enjoys the mod!

I like the concept of this a lot, but its missing a lot of voice lines that the regular advisors have. Also, I second the comment below - needs more bass and reverb

Sounds good, however, I did get more Jigsaw (from the film series Saw) vibes so I think the voice needs a little more altering.

It sounds good voicewise, but I suggest experimenting with adding bass and/or reverb to it to make it sound more booming and intimidating.
