Seems like a pretty good start.
I like the overall design.
Keep improving it and using it. My Ripclaw platform on my workshop has gone through several dozen iterations before I found a system I liked enough to upload. Listen to critiques, like what Rotiart said (though small batteries are airtight, last I checked).

An airtight cabin is an upgrade worth having so that the ship can operate in non-breathable atmospheres, or atmospheres with little O2 (like at higher altitudes). Another sweet upgrade is auto-startup/shutdown for docking/landing. Feel free to pick apart some of my designs to see how to set that up. I'm no expert, just a fellow builder sharing tips.

Oh. Well it sure is pretty close to being airtight, flip some armored conveyors around, replace a few blast doors and small batteries with solid blocks, and bob's your uncle.
