Yes I'm planning on doing this (possibly next week). But it should be kept in mind that most of the real life examples also had this color sceme. The featured colors will be mostly washed out pastel colors (green, red, yellow, blue, brown, ...) so don't expect anything bright. If you insist on something bright just download Gimp (it's free) and recolor the .dds files yourself.

Could you do some skins for this? My city looks out of color. Everywhere I go i see gray walls.
