Same as @LordQuorad and Rima x Rama, sometimes it gets fixed after restarting the game, but it's really frustrating as it get bugged when reloading a save.

Same problem as Rima x Rama. using UWE and getting 0 base damage and 0 base efficiency on the mounted crossbows 1 and 2. I have plenty of base power. I'm using the no-ammo patch. The turret description says it's toggle-able, but there is no toggle option. Seems odd?

Hello,I have a problem with mod. So for some reason when i have this mod ON mounted crossbows 1 and MK2 have default damage 0.Maybe i dont understand some changes make in this mod? I use a Multiple mods Playlist around UWE so it can be compatibility problem. But i want to know if it is the problem.

Well were your squad members decent with turrets? The MA stated you had to manually refill your crew with turret bolts at this time. Where you running with top tier turrets or initial ones? Hard to help when your comments provide barely any feedback.

the ammo feature is trash. the npcs do not use ammo kept in the turret, npcs do not auto fetch ammo to reload and need to constantly have ammo manually loaded into their inventory cause they go through bolts super fast, i put 4 turrets with 90 bolts each to kill ONE npc and they used all of it and the npc was alive.

dont use this mod without the no ammo patch, look it up search for radiant turrets

Hi. Nice mod. In which storage container can i store the bolt cases? My arrow maker / fletcher doesn't put them anywhere, even though i have a crossbow bolt box, armor boxes, weapon boxes, ...

Question? Probably not from importing, but if you start a new game, do the bases and buildings NPCs use, use these turrets at all? Or is this just for the player and their faction?

@alemismun did you read the description? I smell a let's subscribe and fuck mod description here! Anyway, you have to carry the bolts in the shooter's inventory. Shooting from the crossbow mini-inventory won't work (hardcoded from the game engine won't allow that so not my fault) it's here just for storage purpose. I guessed this is your problem because there is none other beside that. If there is no (corresponding) bolt in your inventory your character will hold the turret but won't ever shoot or looking like reloading forever.

Started playing this game a few weeks ago limiting myself to vanilla without any help and I'm just now dipping into the modding sphere of it. I have to say I'm impressed with the work you and the rest of the community put into this game, and - though it's (adorably) buggy as heck - I love this game and I'm happy there's hardworking people like you guys giving it and the devs the love they deserve!

Just FYI, the word for "arrow-making" is "fletching." If you've ever met someone named Fletcher, that's where the name comes from. One of their ancestors long ago made arrows for a living so they took their profession as a surname, sort of like Smith for metalworking, or Cooper for box and barrel craft.

@Reykander Alright sounds fair. I'll see you that fixed for the first tier at least. (EDIT: Okay nothing to update really, I let it as it was in vanilla meaning you can have the 2 first tier for crossbow turret without any consumption of energy, doesn't include the light mounted version for mkII though)

I was just thinking of players who enjoy the nomadic playstyle and since I use the uwe mod some of the camps added by it have crossbows as an extra defense layer and will probably cause problems on that front with compatibility, plus it would be unfair for the player to run into some guys who use crossbows in the wild when u can't.

@Raykander Yes, even if I re-built everything for the player I didn't let the infinite ammo NPC vanilla's turret go without the stats changes, it was about being fair and unified on this. Also for your second question I ll look up the energy consumption for all turrets, that's something I didn't pay attention to. So as an adviser do you think it's important that the first tier is energy free?

honestly i think those are great changes and in case some of the defenses got taken over i think its a great thing the enemy cant use them if a bolt case wasnt in the inventory but i have a few questions do the vanilla turrets get the same stats and ask if u can build the first tier of crosbows in camps without needing electricity thats all
