works best with any model replacement mod that changes the model to a Trijicon ACOG

Me and all my friends are having the EXACT same problem! Hope they fix it\
WoodMan  [author] 3 Aug, 2014 @ 2:28pm
@ArchAngel: Yes, I'll have to look into it, see if it needs some change to size or something. Only problem is the workshop *forces* me to use my own mods even if I unsubscribe, which is quite annoying because this bug means I can't really make a mod I myself wouldn't use :-/

A friend with same problem has contacted NWI though, so we'll see if it gets patched.

can you make this for the 2x scope?
WoodMan  [author] 31 Jul, 2014 @ 4:15pm
Yeah, I think it is just the general angle that you see this scope from, the C79 was the same but there was no red in it and black is harder to notice.
Loun 29 Jul, 2014 @ 12:10pm
Oh ok. It's still awesome. Though with the holo it only does it during a quick turn as opposed to all the time.
WoodMan  [author] 29 Jul, 2014 @ 9:45am
Nope, can't change that as far as I know. It happens with all the sights, happens with the holo sight for example.
Loun 29 Jul, 2014 @ 9:40am
I'm not sure if you can change this but when not scoped in you can still see the red dot part on the scope. Shouldn't be able to see that and it looks a little wierd. If you can change it that would be great.

Nice. Got a bullet in your pic mid flight too.
WoodMan  [author] 29 Jul, 2014 @ 7:12am
Uploaded an update that removes the // from the reticule.
Loun 29 Jul, 2014 @ 5:43am
That sounds good. Keep up the good work.
WoodMan  [author] 29 Jul, 2014 @ 5:42am
Actually, from looking at more diagrams of various other sights, I'm pretty sure the // means continued off of diagram, so I will remove those. I think there should be 10 lines either side of the chevron, the only problem being that the lines on my current image are the correct (roughly) scale and distance to the chevron as the real ACOG. So to correct it I would have to draw the lines too close together, making the scale incorrect (when compared to the real reticule) or shrink the chevron to fit them on.

Since the Chevron is consistent with other Insurgency crosshairs in size, I don't want to shrink it, so I think I'm just going to remove the // and for practical purposes leave this enlarged version of the reticule with fewer lines than the real one.

There is already a version of the ACOG on the workshop with 10 lines too :-)

Looking at pictures I actually have seen this. You just made put some red on the bottom line which isn't wrong and looks cool it just mixed me up a bit. I think those // are right. There are different versions to this sight and I've been seeing one's with those.
Loun 29 Jul, 2014 @ 5:06am
For now what is the point that you would want on target on long range shooting? Would it be the tip of the arrow or what?
WoodMan  [author] 28 Jul, 2014 @ 2:02pm
Yeah I've probably misunderstood the // (that could mean *more/continued off diagram* since I've never seen this before either :-/ If so I'll change it soon, to be honest I don't know.
Loun 28 Jul, 2014 @ 1:15pm
Very well done. I've never seen that kind of reticule but I'm sure you got it from something. Looks nice. I've been wanting to join the marines so I like your series. You chose well.
