so....have you added or changed NPCs to spawn as this new race? will they randomly spawn that way? Do they have different skills - if so, what skills do they get a bonus/malus to?

Is it a human subrace or a new race? will it work with mods that add face/hair options to greenlanders or is it a completely different race with different options?

New races are cool, but obviously there is hesitation to download something with such limited description.
