I'm using a template from a tool called "Mods Studio 2".

how did you get the traffic trailer template? Can you share the template? I can't find it :(

そうなんですね
変換は全てModsStudio2に任せていたので、そういうものかと思っていました
なら、DDSファイルだけ置き換えると小さく出来そうですね
テストがてらにヘッドのPNGをフリーサイトで変換して画像ソフトで見比べてみましたが、
不可逆故に若干画質が落ちてしまうけどトラフィックのスキンなら良いかなと思いました

DDSは変換形式が幾つかある様なので、単純に置き換えるだけで行けるのか分かりませんが、
ファイルサイズを小さく出来るので考えてみたいと思います

PNGからDDSの変換時にサイズが大きくなってますね。
DDSサイズが22MBを超えるとカクつきの原因になるので
21.9MB以下にするのが吉です。

MS2's Scania S-Series 2016 AI trucks is use nonconformity ZIP package before upload to workshop.

ヘッドの追加に合わせて順次追加していく予定です。
予定は未定なので期待せずにお待ち下さい。
