Sight attachments are slightly off-center. When aiming down, you'll notice it being slightly to the right and that does, in fact, mess up your shooting accuracy when you're trying to hit stuff past 50 meters.
Other than that, which I'm really hoping to see fixed sometime soon, this is a great addition to the game and seeing how this was your first weapon mod, you've definitely brought us a quality item.
