...but it turned out I had forgotten to enable the mod in the mod menu. Lo and behold, enable the mod and voila, problem solved. Really cool weather too. :)

Nothing you can do, but I tried to hide the outlines as much as possible and they are less visible than vanilla especially on snow and sand
Nope, but it would load random weather from my mod so even if not officially supported it should work decently
Check VfX must be to ultra, if medium or low rain and snow isn't rendered

amazing mod but I have a big problem. I play on 1440p with TAA high as you suggest but the game looks really blurry and ghosting. Can you help me for fix it? Thanks
