Perhaps. Will need to see if Keen improves the AI to a point were this carrier and the ai don't conflict with one another

Yes. Unloaded it can land on all planets and fly in there gravity wells. If it has a load, ie it has a full fighter complement, it can't fly on all planets and should probably be kept to the moons of the vanilla system
