the hair and horns are in the bottom left. you can find it easily if you use Blender, or just look for small patches of colour in the texture around that area

got it x3 now it works. seems that zomboid differentiates between B41 and B42 versions of mods with a backslash

The B42 version has the wrong dependancy and refuses to activate, it wants "FurryMod", but doesnt recognize that "FurryMod" already is installed. :shrugemoji: (Modding is hard bud, I get it, trial and error especially)
