There was a hell drone, which would apply this effect when hit by its projectile. The command was probably left over for dev testing.

you run lua_run Entity(2):SendLua([[RunConsoleCommand("dronesrewrite_end_hell")]])
the number is the player that spawned in order

even if they dont have this addon, its 95% default models and sounds (aside from the 666 sound)

true, others dont need to download it, if you still arent sure you can also use ultimate workshop downloader or addon share

So do you mean you can download this without others needing it, i'm playing on a server with like 4 players. I'm usually sending the collection to my 4 friends and then they download everything.
