My area provinces are all -50's,-30's here is example.

However it still is heavy negative as I made PLENTY~ of buildings.

easyest way is to add it inside the mod that adds the unit in the first place
It would do the same as your mod currently does and also makes it compatible with other mods that add new units (they won't suffer from attrition anymore)
that units suffer from attrition is the vanilla way of the game...wich is why units from other mods that dont have the immunities_tables do take damage
