However, given that this is your first warpaint, it's a decent start to something that could be a lot better than it currently is.
If you want my advice, consider drawing multiple unique stars by hand and then placing them on a background that is shaded and colored like a late sunset, that would include using less saturated colors than bright salmon-pink. You can then change the flat black into a dim star-field. Finally, for the yellow, I'd recommend adding lunar craters.
Either way, for a first warpaint, it's okay. However, it has a lot of potential if you decide to hammer away at it.
