I am not using Ideology or Royalty
Do you know of any mod that decreases or removes the work speed penalty based on age? It seems it became bigger once children became official in rimworld, before in 1.3 it didn't seen to have much of a big impact, now they're ultra slow, doing one of the old challenges of starting with a single child in ice sheet mostly results in death unless u caravan out to another map
Or is it based on Races instead of being applied to all of them?
