Nope, these are each new animations. You only need to implement the code to actually play the sequence on the players. I think I added the code for this to be mountable to DynaBase. I'm unsure on how DynaBase actually works, but I know I added the code for it. A CalcMainActivity can run the animations very easily, and if you want to you can communicate the animations for everyone to see.

Do these anims work like other WOS and Dynabase anims where they replace pre-existing act anims? I'm a complete noob to this and was just looking for a way to keybind specific custom anims but I'm not sure if it's possible or not.

@Bloodrayne , this is a wiltos animation extension, you can use DynaBase, or even the Wos Anim Base. It has support for both, you can check out both of those addons on how to run the animation on a player.
